Invitation to tender for BERA Customer Relationship Management database

The British Educational Research Association (BERA) is inviting tenders for the provision of the organization’s CRM database.

The British Educational Research Association (BERA) is a member-led charity that exists to encourage educational research and its application for the improvement of practice and public benefit.

BERA operates a small administrative office, consisting of three members of staff reporting to the Executive Director. BERA requires a new Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) database to manage our membership and wider network, as well as facilitate registration for our annual conference, along with upto 50 other paid events held throughout the year.

The process will consist of two stages. Firstly, formal written proposals must be submitted based on the criteria set out in Appendix A. Following review of written proposals, a small number of firms will be invited to present to the Executive Director, Events Manager and Membership Officer
