BERA Conference 2016 – Bursaries available

Have you submitted an abstract? Did you know you can apply for a bursary to attend the Conference.

BERA Student Bursaries

BERA awards bursaries each year to UK students and occasionally overseas students, to attend the Conference. Bursaries applicants will be awarded a complimentary place at the BERA Annual Conference. BERA is keen to give financial help to students, registered for Higher Degrees by Research in an educational field, who would not otherwise be able to attend the conference. Full and part time students are eligible to apply and students must have submitted an abstract for the Conference. Please click here to download the application form. Deadline 26th February 2016.

BERA Teacher/Practitioner Bursaries

BERA awards bursaries each year to cover supply costs to release teachers/practitioners to attend the Conference. Bursaries applicants will be awarded a complimentary place at the BERA Annual Conference. All teachers/practitioners from the UK are eligible to apply and must have submitted an abstract for the Conference. Please click here to download the application form. Deadline 26th February 2016.

BERA International Bursaries

BERA is delighted to announce that as part of its on-going commitment to supporting researchers internationally, it is continuing to offer bursaries at the BERA Annual Conference. Bursaries are available to individuals made up from the 84 countries classified as low income or lower-middle income as specified by the World Bank. Bursaries applicants will be awarded a complimentary place at the BERA Annual Conference and a contribution towards travel, accommodation and subsistence costs. BERA International Collaboration Bursaries

BERA is delighted to announce that as part of its ongoing commitment to supporting researchers internationally, it is offering a new fund to support international exchanges at our Conference.

These awards are designed to support innovative and outstanding collaborative educational research that teams a UK-based researcher with an international counterpart.
