2015 BERA/BCF/Routledge Taylor-Francis Curriculum Journal prize

BERA and the British Curriculum Forum are delighted to announce that this year’s BERA/BCF/Routledge Taylor-Francis Curriculum Journal prize has been awarded to a team from Anglia Ruskin University led by Dr Paulette Luff and Dr Geraldine Davis and colleagues from the Billericay Teaching Schools Alliance and the Royal Opera House Bridge for their work on A partnership to promote arts and cultural activity across the curriculum in primary schools.

This innovative collaborative project considered how best to provide early career teachers with specialist training, and the opportunity to work alongside cultural providers to develop music, drama and visual art activities that support the new National Curriculum, with particular reference to creative engagement for attainment in writing.

We congratulate the winners and look forward to learning how the prize has enabled further development of this exciting project.
