The 5th biennial international conference convened by the IOE and Beijing Normal University will take place at the IOE on 21 and 22 November 2014.

The theme, Learning in a Changing World, is expected to attract interest and contributions from a wide range of policymakers, researchers and practitioners across the full spectrum of education provision – and from around the world. Previous conferences have attracted contributions from more than 40 countries.
