The Department of Education at the University of Oxford is pleased to announce STORIES conference 2012.

STORIES (Studentsʼ Ongoing Research In Education Studies) is an annual 2-day conference for graduate students which will take place on 14-15 March 2012 (Wednesday and Thursday).

This conference will provide a friendly and stimulating environment for graduate students to present and discuss their ongoing research in Education. Students at all levels are encouraged to take this opportunity to present their work and receive feedback, no matter whether they are pre-fieldwork, mid-course or have complete findings to present.

The theme of this year’s conference will be ʻDoctoral Degree – So What?ʼ We aim to encourage conference participants to think creatively about how knowledge and skills developed during their DPhil/PhD may be used in their future careers, whether academic or non-academic.

The deadline for abstract submission is 15th February 2012. All submissions will be peer reviewed and helpful feedback will be given.
For more abstract information and general enquiries please see the event flyer or email: stories.enquiry@gmail.com.
